Cancellation & No-Show Policy Appointments are reserved especially for you. To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, the following policy applies: • Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance. • Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged 50% of the service price. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the service price. • Arriving 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service or cancellation and will be treated as a late cancellation. • Same-day cancellations due to emergencies will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. I do run this out of my apartment so if you are sick or have been around someone who has been sick please reschedule your appointment.
